1. Do you have a physical store?
Not yet! Cookieness is currently online-only, but we bake everything fresh and deliver straight to your door.
2. How long does the delivery take?
Delivery usually takes from just 4 hours up to 2 working days. You’ll receive an update with your estimated delivery time once your order is complete.
3. Do you deliver outside Eindhoven?
Yes! We deliver in Eindhoven, Veldhoven, Geldrop, Best, Aalst, and Nuenen.
4. Are the cookies vegan?
Our cookies aren’t vegan, but they are vegetarian. Every batch is baked fresh with top-quality ingredients you can feel good about.
5. Which allergens are in the cookies?
Our products may contain common allergens including, but not limited to: gluten (wheat), eggs, milk, soy, and nuts. Our kitchen also handles other food products such as milk, nuts, sesame, fish, and meat. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from traces of any allergen. Customers with severe allergies are strongly advised to contact us before placing an order.
6. Do your cookies contain nuts?
We don’t add nuts to our cookie recipes. However, since our kitchen does handle nuts and other ingredients, we can’t guarantee that the cookies are 100% nut-free.
7. For how long can I keep the cookies?
Our cookies stay fresh for about 4 days in an airtight container at room temperature. For longer storage, you can freeze them for up to 2 months — just warm them up a little before enjoying.
8. Are your cookies suitable for children?
Yes! Our cookies are perfect for little ones.
9. How should I store the cookies for maximum freshness?
Keep your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature. Avoid storing them in the fridge, as that can dry them out. Freezing is fine if you want to keep them longer.
10. Can I schedule my delivery for a specific date (like birthdays, events, gifts)?
Absolutely! You can let us know your preferred delivery date during checkout, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
11. Do you have bulk discounts?
We do! For larger orders (corporate events, parties, or big gifts), we offer special pricing. Just get in touch with us to discuss details.
12. Can I order cookies for corporate events or weddings?
Definitely. We love making your events extra sweet with custom batches. Contact us to talk about quantities and flavors.
13. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?
Right now, we offer personalized messages to make your order extra special. Soon, we’ll also have a premium packaging option that you can select for gifts.
